Good location! Housekeeping staff came right away to fix issues. Cheerful restaurant staff..
They were not accommodative, when we actually did the booking option showed double or twin room but when we asked they said we have to pay extra. Swimming pool area could have been better maintained. Food was mediocre. Breakfast was not a buffet because they had around 2 to 3 guests only in the whole hotel. Room cleaning could be done with attention to deep cleaning.

New hotel, so everything is clean and fresh.
The attention to the details of what the customer needs is great; enough space for more than one suitcase, room to put out toiletries, plenty of sockets, etc
The bed was comfortable, good quality linen and medium firm pillows
Reception helped us arrange excursions and transfers
The food served was good. But the menu was annoying as so many dishes were not available. Surely it would be better to state what can be served, as it is the waiting staff who have to take customers grievances.
