You can watch the guard stands come to life each morning on the public beach and be a part of the action of beautiful Siesta Key from 8 floors up. This one bedroom condo has been recently painted and updated to enhance the unique woodwork and Italian tile. All countertops are granite, featuring a generous bar that stretches the length of one window bank in the renovated lanai with barstools for meals, looking out to the beach. The lanai also boasts a full desk for working from home and a quiet reading nook. In the full tile bathroom you'll find a walk in shower and a grab bar for safety. Two queen beds, a walk in closet and 46? flat screen TV make the bedroom comfortable and flexible for most needs. The living area is fresh and inviting and includes a new 55? flat screen TV. Two barstools tuck in at the kitchen bar for quick snacks. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a 12 cup coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, etc. Please note that the pool visible from this unit is for the condo building next door.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.

Great place! Just very noisy with kids in pool next door all day and night until 9pm. Sound echos throughout. They need sound barriers around pool next door.

We had a wonderful weekend and loved the condo! Tammy was very kind and super responsive to my message regarding early check in. The ocean view was gorgeous and the sandy white beach was just steps away. I did not use the pool on the gulf side but loved the pool and hot tub on the bay side. We were able to rent an umbrella for 25 each day to use with the free lounge chairs provided on the beach. Siesta Village was adorable (not within close walking distance unfortunately, but we were able to find free parking each night and they also have the trolley or frog hopper as options) and had a large variety of delicious restaurants to choose from. I would definitely recommend!

Amazing view of the beach and sunset!! Nice to be able to walk right outside the building to the beach. Has just about everything you need. Also very clean! We hope to be back again next year
