Hatte keinen Kontakt zum Personal, alles digital (Check-In, digitaler Schlüssel über Handy). Zimmer recht klein, aber durchaus okay. Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Absolut hinreissendes kleines Hotel im Kern Feldkirchs, die Parkgarage im liegt direkt darunter - Fußweg unter einer Minute. Perfekt für Kurzurlaube in Feldkirch - oder wie in meinem Fall einem beruflichen Aufenthalt.
Leider keine 10 Punkte, da niemand von den Mitarbeitern es schafft, auf zwei separat geschriebene Mails auch nur zu antworten. Ja stimmt schon, die Mailadresse ist für nicht sooo wichtige Fragen gedacht - aber trotzdem sollte es, wie in meinem Fall wohl möglich sein, zumindest zu antworten. Da ich krankheitsbedingt zwei Tage früher abreisen musste, habe ich nur nachgefragt, ob man das Zimmer eventuell wieder freigeben und ich einen Teil meines Aufenthaltes gutgeschrieben bekomme. Ich erwarte das nicht, aber Fragen kostet nichts. Nur wenn überhaupt keine Antwort erfolgt, ärgert es einen halt doch. Aber mir wurde dann doch ein Vorschlag unterbreitet. Also bin ich es zufrieden.

L'albergo è molto carino, restaurato e funzionale. Abbiamo incontrato la ragazza dello staff che si occupa del check-in dei clienti e ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste. Non c'è la colazione ma un distributore di bevande calde con caffè (molto buono), etc. La posizione è ottima con il bel garage Montfort sotterraneo a 1 min. di cammino! (20€) Da ritornarci !!!
Le comunicazioni con i clienti tipo mail o messaggi, avvengono sempre in lingua tedesca e questo non facilita certo la comprensione del testo. Sarebbe meglio predisporre anche una versione almeno in inglese !

The rooms were quite nice and clean with good beds
The hotel itself was actually quite nice for one sleepover, so standalone we would rate it quite high. But the whole experience was impacted by the messy online check-in (we only received the check in link a few hours before while driving up there, so we had to do the online checkin and payments on the street in front of the hotel in the dark and rain). Next to that specific for us the communication on parking was too limited. We drove an SUV with skibox and it turned out the parking spots are restricted and all too low. So we had to remove the box and put it in the hallway. If we would have known this we would have picked another town.
