I loved everything about the property, the condo was clean and decorated nicely. The beach was absolutely beautiful and clean.The view was amazing and the staff that I encountered was super friendly
I was denied any kind of early check in due to cleaning the condo. We arrived a few hours before unexpectedly and I was sent a message about a 3pm check-in which was an hour early, but the door wouldn’t unlock until I messaged in about being there for hours and some friends of ours already getting in their condo in the same facility long before. I explained I knew no one was in the condo because we had already been there for hours and as soon as I sent the message the door code immediately worked so that was very frustrating.
