De ligging vlakbij het centrum
Er was geen koffie/thee op de kamer. Bij het ontbijt kregen we 1 koffie en daarna moesten we extra betalen voor de koffie

A truly wonderful discovery in the beautiful city of Berat.
The location is ideal — just around 10 minutes from the hustle and bustle of the city center, so you can easily explore everything while still enjoying a quiet and relaxing stay.
The cleanliness really impressed us.
The room was spotless, modern, beautifully decorated, and incredibly spacious. And the beds… absolutely amazing!
The staff were lovely — so warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They really made us feel at home.
Breakfast was generous, fresh, and delicious. And the homemade jams were honestly one of our favorite parts of breakfast — you could really taste the homemade quality.
But what impressed us most was the honesty and kindness of the staff.
On the morning of check-out, we were in a hurry and accidentally left behind a handbag containing valuable personal belongings. We didn’t even realize we had forgotten it and hadn’t contacted the hotel at all. The staff contacted us themselves immediately after finding the bag and made sure we knew it was safe.
This really says a lot about the people behind Mili
Hotel and made us appreciate their hospitality even more.
Thank you, Mili Hotel, for everything! We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

The location was amazing and very convenient, hair salon, coffee shops, mini marts and a pharmacy. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff were very helpful and understanding. Everything was modern and comfortable but because it is a family run business it was very homey and had lovely touches like the homemade jams.
No elevator just for the sake of luggage
