A quiet place away from the busy city center, yet conveniently located close to the metro.
Communication with the host was smooth and hassle-free. There was a minor issue with the bathroom facilities when we first arrived, but the host responded immediately via WhatsApp and resolved the issue as quickly as possible he could. He also provided financial compensation for the inconvenience.
The bed was a bit too soft for my liking, but some people may find it comfortable.

Lovely location, Carlos was pleasant.
We had an after hours check in, instructions for this were outlined when we booked to provide arrival time and we would receive the code on the day. We messaged at 7am to confirm we would arrive at 10pm and didn’t hear back. We had to use a strangers phone to contact them to get access to our room despite them knowing we were arriving that night and having been advised we would need an after hours check in. Luckily a neighbour let us use their phone to call them to get the code they hadn’t sent us.
Your stay is very much dependent on what type of other guests are staying because for 4 of the 5 nights we stayed there was a family yelling and mucking about from about 11pm - 4am. With no sound proofing at all, we could hear everything and struggled to sleep.
Bathrooms were really moldy and dusty.
Pillows really solid and only a thin sheet as a blanket on the bed.
