In Ordnung, für 3 Tage Barcelona völlig ok

Lage war gut, man war auch zu Fuß relativ schnell zentral und bei der Sagtada Familia oder Park Güell

Eine Matratze war ziemlich durchgelegen, teils renovierungsbedürftige Wohnung, jedoch sauber und alles da was man braucht. Gebäude teilweise ziemlich hellhörig

Viele Anrufe beim Service und erst am Vorabend der Abreise teils erledigt

Die Wohnung war gross und hatte zwei Schlafzimmer und einen behindertengerechten Duscheingang. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, ausser, dass alle vorhandenen elektrischen Kaffeemaschinen nicht funktionierten und wir uns mit dem vorhandenen italienischen Espressobereiter behelfen mussten.

Auf unsere rechtzeitigen Reklamationen bezüglich der beiden vorhandenen elektrischen Kaffeemaschinen wurde erst kurz vor unserer Abreise nicht zufriedenstellend reagiert. Die Frechheit des Servicemitarbeiters ärgert uns besonders, eine Notiz zu hinterlassen, wir hätten halt Wasser einfüllen sollen!! Das weiss ja wohl der Dümmste!!! Die Fuss-Stützen der Couch waren ausgefahren und konnten nicht zurückgemacht werden, so dass wir 3 Tage auf den Stühlen abends unbequem sitzen mussten und der rechtzeitig am 15.09. morgens reklamierte Service kam erst nach mehrfacher Reklamation am 16.09. während unserer Abwesenheit. Überhaupt keine Kleiderbügel in den Schränken, Keine Handtuchhalter für Badehandtücher, Kein Toilettenpapierhalter!! In den beiden Schlafzimmern keine Ablagemöglichkeit für die Kleidung,Feuchtigkeitsschäden am Fundament sind momentan noch vertretbar.Der Duschkopf war schwer zu verstellen und wurde auch erst am 16.09. erledigt. Da von uns eine Kaution von 300,- Euro hinterlegt werden musste, so bestehen wir aufgrund des unbefriedigenden Aufenthalts mit zahlreichen Reklamationen nun auf einer Rückerstattung eines angemessenen Teilbetrages. Es war übrigens extra wegen unseres 60.Hochzeitstages diese nicht ganz billige Wohnung. Der Hinweis auf die Zeiten der Nachtruhe ist voll verständlich, denn das Haus ist sehr hellhörig!

Als het matras of eigenlijk het hele bed niet vervangen wordt, zou ik het echt afraden.

Het is ruim en ligt best handig. De prijs is wat lager dan veel andere locaties. Je moet vanaf de metrohalte nog even een steile klim maken, maar je hebt daar ook wel weer mooi uitzicht op de stad en Sagrada Familia. Ik gaf aan dat de waterkoker het niet deed en er werd direct een nieuwe gebracht.

Een van de twee bedden is afschuwelijk. Het midden van het matras is extreem doorgezakt en het matras lijkt ook te breed voor het bed. We hebben het matras op de grond in de woonkamer moeten leggen om te kunnen slapen. De waterleiding maakt vrijwel permanent een behoorlijk hard stromend geluid. De kamer is vrij donker / somber. Er is geen moeite voor gedaan. Er staat een oude bankstel dat ook erg doorgezakt is.
