Offered a room upgrade for cost as initial room had no window. 2nd room very spacious and comfortable with nice balcony. Nice area.

Very nice room. One staff very friendly. Nice area. Allowed for us to keep luggage there before check in and after check out
The kitchen has very limited equipment (no kettle, no cooking utensils), only plates, bowls and 2 pans.
Toilet got blocked. Informed the staff and the response was us being given a plunger to solve it ourselves.
Checkout is 12:00 but at 11:00 we had a knock on the door asking us to leave, didn’t apologise even after he realised he was in the wrong, as checkout was 12.
