Beautiful location with large balcony overlooking the amazing pool and ocean.
Not related to host of condo. The elevators seems to be slow some were having maintenance done on them. The parking is tight as you have too only park at yellow mark locations. Also it's a challenge to leave parking due to having many floors to go down or up.

The condo was very nice and it has a great view.
The stupid pool security (AKA Mall Cops). They over used their power on everyone there. They had a rule that should never be implied, which was towels do not reserves spots. However, people would bring their stuff outside be there for a few minutes to setup leave the area be back within 10-15 minutes and their stuff would be moved when they would go get more items needed or a restroom break and even to grab lunch in their condo. Rude and disrespectful to me and other guest. The parking deck totally sucked and elevators where nasty with no fans. Construction was going on during our stay and made a mess at the door on the 12th floor from the parking deck. That should have waited until the off season. The manager or whomever in charge of this resort needs to be evaluated on their piss pour misuse of authority, planning, and overall performance of the resort. Simply put I will never and mean never go back to the Shores of Panama. All employees need to be fired all because of being disrespectful to the families there on vacation. I spoke with other families there and we all agreed we felt like we were treated as middle school students with rules and boundaries while on our vacation. We are there to relax and enjoy ourselves without having to look over our shoulders and someone to tell the stupid pool security people to stop moving peoples things they will be right back.
