Clean & well appointed. Comfortable bed. Powerful shower. Stocked mini fridge, pod coffee & fresh fruit. Convenient communal kitchen with water fountain. Good breakfast downstairs in cafe.

Unassuming outside, very nice inside. Comfortable room, cold sparkling water in the kitchen, helpful staff.
The included breakfast is at the cafe downstairs, which was fine but a little chaotic.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s very well communicated also with the airport.There are plenty of restaurants and places to have a drink just a few steps away. The location is great for getting around Rome and enjoying the atmosphere of the neighborhood.
The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very pleasant, and everything was just as we expected. The host Daniele and Louane were also very kind and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly.
We would definitely stay here again. We had a really nice stay and felt at home. Highly recommended!

Perfectly situated, quiet, secure. Daniel the landlord couldn’t be more lovely and kind. Nice breakfast included and amenities on hand.
