I liked how close to all the places I was interested in going and how clean, comfortable, and professional it was!
Staffing shortage was obvious on Friday night at the terrace. The guys that were working tried to serve everyone to the best of their abilities. Working in retail for decades I could tell that the team members where sit satisfied but still worked hard to attend the customers.

I came for my graduation. I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were very nice and really enjoyed the bathroom would stay again.
Food options within the hotel were a bit expensive. You can also tell that this is a gentrified area.

The desk worker were amazing extremely helpful and kind. The location was perfect. Everyone who works there was very friendly and more than willing to help any question I had

The room was nice, and the lobby was very chill. The rooftop bar was very nice - although no one was up there but us! The staff up on the rooftop were very good - nice and accommodating
The man at the front desk was not personable at all - he switched us to a worse room because our room wasn't ready - when we said we would wait - he said but I already changed your room. Our room... the sliding door on the bathroom did not slide - we could not move it at all - so we had no bathroom privacy. The toilet paper holder was loose so you pulled the roll, and it fell on the floor and rolled away. I contacted someone, but nothing was fixed.
