Located in Malibu, this lovely house for $1,017 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Sun, sand, and total relaxation await in Malibu Beach! Enjoy the ocean waves on the large deck while viewing dolphins that constantly play in front of the house. Walk on the sunny shore or lounge on the beach during the day and explore the thriving nightlife scene after the sunset. This luxury front oasis home is located in Malibu on Big Rock Beach, a few doors from Moonshadows restaurant and within walking distance from Duke's Malibu. This home is truly an indoor-outdoor paradise retreat! Enjoy a quiet vacation, with breathtaking views, a bright, contemporary design home on the beachfront with incredible views and spectacular dreamy sunsets. Surrounded by stunning ocean views, this beachfront home boasts a sweeping panoramic ocean view with expansive windows and beachfront decks that captivate you from the moment you walk through the front door! After an exciting day outside, cozy up in the living area that also has a heating fan that can add a warm experience while watching your favorite movies on the 65" Smart TV. The fully-equipped kitchen has been thoughtfully modernized with stainless steel appliances and ample storage which is perfect for someone who loves to cook and entertain. The dining area and kitchen island are great places to socialize and enjoy a delicious meal together. The master bedroom on the 2nd floor features a California king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a 65” TV. The 2nd bedroom on the 2nd floor has a queen-sized bed with a trundle bed (twin size) underneath and a 50” TV. The loft has a queen-sized bed with a trundle bed (twin size) underneath, a 65” TV, and direct access to the roof deck. The bedrooms offer skylights that add natural wonderful sunlight. The roof deck and living room feature accordion-style glass doors that open onto the entire oceanfront. On the outside, prepare for endless decadent ocean views, an outdoor roof deck with outdoor seating options to entertain or relax on. There is also an office space with a desk, chair and printer setup on the 2nd floor for you to use! An ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 500 Mbps, and 2 garage compact cars parking are all provided during your stay! It’s a private retreat away from neighbors, traffic, noise and the stresses of everyday life. About 16 miles away from LAX, 7 miles away from Santa Monica pier and town, 3 miles to Malibu Pier. We look forward to hosting you! Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: The basement is restricted access in December and January due to painting work. (Dec 23 and January 2024) *The person making the reservation must be 30 years old or older. *Pets allowed. Maximum of 2 small pets, weighing up to less than 40 lbs each. No pets on furniture pls. Note: A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring pets. Your pets are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out. Thanks! * The 3rd bed is located in the loft. * Fireplace is not for guests use. PLEASE NOTE: Do not close the main floor foldable patio doors when going to the deck, you might get locked out.
