Não gostei de o proprietário dormir num anexo na mesma casa, não nos sentimos confortáveis com essa situação. E de um quarto a televisão não ter canais.

Apartamento bem decorado, prático e funcional, ótima TV. Muito bem situado, muito perto do aeroporto e das zonas comerciais, facilmente se chega a qualquer ponto da ilha. Estacionamento no próprio terreno.
A zona exterior e o WC precisam de alguns cuidados/manutenção.

The owner kindly came, even late at night, to hand over the keys.
There was an option to park the car in the courtyard behind a gated entrance.
There was an outdoor seating area, but unfortunately it was not well maintained and was covered in dust, rust, and cobwebs.
The internet worked well.
There was a terrible musty smell in the bathroom, somewhere between a sewer odor and dampness. We had to keep the bathroom door strictly closed to prevent the smell from spreading throughout the house. In addition, the hosts seemed to be trying to mask it with an air freshener, which also had an unpleasant scent. We couldn't even leave our towels in the bathroom because they would absorb the smell.
After it rained overnight, slugs appeared inside the house. I have no idea where they were coming from, but we found them both in the bedroom and in the kitchen, even though the windows were closed.
We booked the stay a month in advance during the peak season, when there were not many options left. However, the price definitely did not reflect the quality of the accommodation.
