Denis is very support. He Welcomed us and supported to meet my requested to have parking and apartment on top floor. This is our 2nd time view and place is very nice

In side view apartment bed was joint to make master bed which was uncomfortable.I like rules however cleaning should be on 3rd day instead of 4th day.

Amazing view and great location outscore the service.

The location in a quiet area and super close to the beach was really good. The sea view from the apartment is stunning. The apartment is spacious, equipped with air conditioning in every room. The swimming pool with the sea view is also great. Parking places on the spot reserved for us were a comfortable solution. Lift in the building. The outside area is well kept and pleasant.

The kitchen area is not very functional with too little food preparation space and very scarcely equipped. A dishwasher, coffee maker, spare garbage bags and toilet paper would be useful. Communication with the host was a little awkward at times. The interior might benefit from refurbishing.

Best sea view in town!

Best sea view I've ever had.. the terrace was almost above the sea shore over a quiet beach. Sitting outside at night was amazing beyond description. The apartment had everything we needed for my family, with 2 bedrooms, a large hall, fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom with a tub and a shower. AC in every room, Fast wifi and a parking spot.. I couldn't ask for more, and when I did, Oksana the property manager was very friendly and always available. Highly recommended!

Friendly and very helpful staff. Thank you! Location just on the seashore, with sea view, beautiful! Sun beds near the pool, pool towel change every day. Blackout curtains, mosquito nets, air conditioner, excellent WIFI connection. Spacious living room with kitchen equipment, balcony. Quiet place. Couple of good restaurants nearby (we preferred Jumbo), small supermarkets to by everything you need. Not too crowded beach just in 100 meter from the hotel. Frequent bus connection to Varna, by taxi 10 minutes and 30 levi.

Maybe more spot lighting would be good in the living room. The immediate surroundings of the hotel are clean, but the village itself is dirty, with overflowing and smelly trash cans, dingy buildings.

Location brilliant if you do not want to be in the city. Cabacum Beach with good Bars just in front. City beach and Harbour 20 mins and 20 leva away with Taxi triumf

Beautiful view and location for a family stay!

Reception was great, apartment was large and beautiful inside and out, cleaning was performed every 3 days.

Weird smell in the elevator (dead fish or algae). Parking wasn't readily available at the location (unless the car would have been blocked), we did manage to park very close outside the location though.

Good

Room had all the facilities mentioned and all the basic apliances needed. There was air condioning in all the rooms. The complex is quiet and really close to the beach.

Parking is almost non existent, extremely narrow and stressful. The guy handling the parking wasn't really helpful, he just expected us to take the worst places in the parking lot. The furniture in the room can be improved. The wardrobe is too big and takes up the entire space in the room so we could barely use it. The cleaning is done every 3 days, so a bigger trash can would be helpful. There was also no place to dry the dishes. Also I think it's worth mentioning that the apartment is on the first floor on a side, and ground floor on the another, so we had to keep the windows closed during the night.

Great location, near restaurants and grocery stores just minutes away. The beach is a two minute walk. The Hosts are amazing really kind and helpful with every little thing that we needed from giving directions and recommendations to changing money to local currency. Every room has sea view, the pool is not to big but really enough for our needs.

Amazing, relaxing stay in this comfortable apartment with the best view you can ask for

Right on the beach. The most beautiful view out of our balcony. We could hear the waves.

A laundry could be good. Seems like there is precise space for one in the bathroom.

The location is convenient and quiet, very close to the beach (but some walk from the actual Golden Sands resort - about half an hour). The rooms, though not luxurious, were really clean and the girls who did the cleaning were very nice and friendly. The apartment itself was quite spacious, which was convenient. Internet connection is good.

The staff doesn't speak a word of Bulgarian (nor do they understand it), which is puzzling since the property is, after all, in Bulgaria. Despite the name of the hotel, parking is a myth (the parking lot itself is there but forget about getting a spot in it). It would be fairer if the parking were advertised as "limited availability, and reservations only" - this way guests would know not to expect to get a slot by default. Other minor but inconvenient things are the almost total absence of towel hangers in the bathroom and the lack of night lamps in the rooms.

Excellent for sumertime.

The location, the room. The swimming pool is located on the border of the sea. The restaurants are very close to the location. The kitchen is appropriate for cooking. A supermarket (LIDL) is located 4 km away, Constantin and Helena direction.

Parking places are very scarce. Too many cars. Very crowded. There is a paid parking area very close to the hotel. 5 Leva/day. You can also park the car on the border of the sea, closed to the beach. There are organized beaches containing sunbeds and umbrellas and free areas too. Very appropriate for families with children. The beach is blue category.

Great accomodation, excellent location

Huge apartment - 120 sq.m., clean, great sea view, nice pool, perfect communication with host (thank you Denis!). Close private parking place (5lev/day).

The surroundings were in bad shape (wild vegetation, broken pavement, stray dogs)

Alex is a very nice guy. Decent restaurants in the area. Easy fixes for the 1-2 problems we had.

Hotel is located on the beach, has also a small swimming pool that was great for our son, the rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well equipped. There are several restaurants in the area where you can eat and they also have take away option.
