Great location for the Metro, but also within walking distance of most sights.
Very beautiful inside the building with a lift that worked.
Comfortable big bed.
Plenty of wardrobe space with hangers.
Towels changed on request and they were lovely and soft. Bed linen changed during our stay and the bed was made up every day.
A complimentary bottle of wine on arrival was very welcome. A bottle of water was provided every day, very grateful for that, it made a difference.
A fridge that was very cold.
Our room faced the road but we couldn't hear the traffic at all with the windows closed for the Aircon, which was effective once it got started, but took a while.
Cristian welcomed us and he was very helpful and friendly.
My very sentimental gold bracelet was stolen on our 4th day, from my bedside table, where I know it was placed with 2 other jewellery items (that weren't stolen??). We reported it to Cristian who 'suggested' it was 'lost' somewhere in the room. Obviously we tore the room apart trying to find it, but I knew where I had left it, so no chance of getting it back. All I will say is that our stay was excellent except for this happening, which did taint the experience. They obviously have a thief within their cleaning team, who needs to be dealt with.
There is a safe and I shouldn't have been so trusting, so make up your own mind.

We were so happy with our stay at Residenze Serventi - Romeo was very communicative, and almost everything exceeded our expectations- the room was very big, the King Size bed was huge, the shower was amazing, and even the toiletries were great. The room was very clean. We loved this family neighborhood with views of the Aurelian Wall, there are 2 fantastic Gelato stores close by, an ATM is also close. We enjoyed our pizza at Alice Pizza downstairs. We were much closer to the Colesseum than expected. Exploring the San Giovanni church was also fantastic. My suitcase lock wouldn't open on arrival and I really appreciated Romeo's assistance in breaking it open 🙏🏻 The room came with an aircon and fridge and wine. In the communal area there was a microwave and we were able to keep our luggage in the common area (very restricted access) until late afternoon. This building also has an elevator which I've heard is rare in Italy.
The apartment is on a busy road, so we did hear a lot of sirens but we were also there on a Saturday. I was shattered from travels and wore ear plugs so I slept peacefully but something to consider if you are a light sleeper. We were also asked for the tourist tax on arrival which I wasnt expecting or prepared for - normally this is paid on checkout. We had been traveling for more than 24hours and were really exhausted so it did feel like a bit much to ask us to still go find an atm to withdraw cash on arrival.
