Check in is quick and easy and you can even do it beforehand; adjustable bed is great; kitchenette has all the basic things needed
The shower door was broken so it meant a lot of the bathroom got wet and the bathroom door didn’t close properly - not ideal but still minor

Nice room, modern feel, comfortable mechanical bed, great in room coffee.
Shower drainage didn't work which flooded the bathroom in under 2 minutes. Night staff responded quickly with mop and towels and refunded 20% for the trouble.

The check-in process was very easy, and the staff were brilliant. All three staff members we encountered were friendly, cheerful, and happy to help.
Good location as well.
Overall, the stay was okay, but for a 4-star hotel, I expected a higher standard. The floor was not very clean, and the shower head was not working properly. These details made the experience less comfortable than expected.
