Location is excellent for walking around city for shopping, restaurants; train station short cab ride away. Marcus and others at reception were friendly, helpful with luggage storage, making taxi reservations, suggestions where to go. Breakfast offered a good selection of choices; we had dinner 1:2 nights which included gyros, soup, fresh veggies, bread, salads, etc.
Room was a bit dark; couple lightbulbs needed to be replaced. Tour bus blocked entire covered front entrance; so needed to walk out into rain to load taxi.

The shower was fantastic! Had a few problems with room.code and someone answered and assisted us immediately. Also had trouble with taxi access...same thing..someone answered and booked us a taxi. Would definitely stay again!
Room was tight. Had to open and leave suitcases on the floor.

Staff are not on site but are very responsive on WhatsApp
Check in is easy
Bakery attached to property although it is expensive
Cooking facilities were good but more cutlery would help so the dishwasher doesn’t need to be used so much
Very expensive (like everywhere in Iceland)
Room had a very small single bed
Breakfast not included, this is only at their other location
There is nowhere in bathroom to put toiletries
My room was directly facing the car park so blinds had to be kept down the whole time so people didn’t see in
Very noisy in the mornings with people leaving in their cars

A microwave would be convenient
The backery next door is good, but needs more diversity.
