Hotel location is good, walking distance from downtown, parking space is small but we had no trouble getting a space as it was low season. Had issue checking in where our reservation was not in their system, Hotel had changed the arrival date but had not updated Hotels.com system. Luckily I had internet and could show the reservation id, because it was low season they honored the pre-paid reservation, not the best experience you want to have when checking in and having paid the stay 2 months in advance. As explained to us, there was another customer with matching name that stayed in 2021 which prompted that our reservation was initially cancelled, then reinstated with the earlier date we had requested thru Hotels.com but it was never communicated to Hotels.com website so we booked another hotel for that date, had we known we would have saved that money. Communication alignment was the problem.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room wasn't too big but enough for two with one suitcase. Breakfast included was good and the location next to bus stop #12 was very convienient for tour and airport busses. A 10-15 minute walk to the city center. We had an early flight to Reykjavik so we were at the hotel at 10 in the morning and got to check in right away for about $40. Would stay again!

Great hotels just a few minutes walk from the main street in Reykjavik Free car parking, but it only fits 12 cars Great breakfast included. We receive a free welcome drink Kettle on the room Not a luxurious hotel but perfect for a few nights stay

Pretty average hotel. Nothing wrong with it but just nothing good - tiny bedrooms, rubbish bar area and further away from the town than I would have liked.

The staff was very helpful and friendly- service oriented! The rooms were quiet, clean and attractive. The wood surrounding the bathroom was a little worn The breakfast food was well prepared, nicely plated, ample and very tasty. The walking distance into the shopping and center of the city was reasonable.

I’m from the UK and stayed here with my teenage daughter. Lovely room, very comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The room had enough plug sockets to charge phone and watches, there was a hairdryer, a kettle but no fridge, and no milk sachets for tea. I asked at the desk for some milk and they charged me for a small carton but with no fridge, it wouldn’t stay fresh for long. Breakfast was good, a good selection but no bacon or eggs. Donuts, pastries and waffles, as well as fruits and cereal. Location was great with a 10 minute walk to the main attractions and harbour. Overall a lovely hotel, but a fridge or milk sachets are a must for me.

Perfect location for bus stop 12 which is a collection point for tours. Hotel was lovely and clean and staff 10/10. Would recommend

Staff are friendly and helpful. They even helped to post my postcards on my behalf, saving me time to find where to post it. The rooms are clean, spacious for our stay. Will recommend the hotel to our friends
