Very clean and comfortable property, good location. Very friendly cleaning staff!!!
We had some trouble getting in at first. We tried to follow the instructions but had not succeeded opening the room with the code at first. We got help over the phone that was provided. Customers should know that the access to the hotel is fully automated, there is no desk. Possibly this is the way of the future...

It felt very modern and our room was a great size and comfy. It was a relatively short walk to the main part of town but as it was bucketing rain it was a shame there wasn’t some sort of bar in or nearer the hotel. We stayed in and watched the World Cup on the great sized tv across from the bed.
It had recently opened when we went and I think the reception area was still in development so it was a bit confusing finding our room. There were a few fitting tweak they may need to make like the pipe of the sink leaking and leaving the bathroom floor consistently wet. It had the bones to be good once all development work is done and everything is finally quality checked .

We booked 10 rooms for our group. Unfortunately, cockroaches were found in one of the rooms, and the overall cleanliness of the rooms left room for improvement.
The location was reasonably good, but we did not see any members of staff during our entire stay. In addition, the exterior doors to the rooms were extremely heavy and slammed shut very loudly. The noise could be heard in every room and was particularly disturbing.
Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations, especially regarding cleanliness and comfort.
