The place was very clean and comfortable.
We didn’t like the parking situation. The parking spaces were not assigned. There was never a space available to park our car. We stayed three nights and had to park across the street in a public lot for the three nights.

Location and self service

It's conveniently located from Reykjavik city center and it is very clean. It is completely self-service, so you can arrive at any time. There is also a nice breakfast location right across the street.
Parking can be a bit troublesome and there are signs telling you your car will be towed everywhere. No breakfast.

We booked 10 rooms for our group. Unfortunately, cockroaches were found in one of the rooms, and the overall cleanliness of the rooms left room for improvement.
The location was reasonably good, but we did not see any members of staff during our entire stay. In addition, the exterior doors to the rooms were extremely heavy and slammed shut very loudly. The noise could be heard in every room and was particularly disturbing.
Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations, especially regarding cleanliness and comfort.
