Firstly, visit Verona - it's the most pretty, romantic cities I've ever visited. And if you do, stay here. Brilliant compact apartment 5 mins from the Arena and so central. Couple of flights of stairs but the room is perfect - we stayed for 2 nights to see the opera and it had everything we needed - comfy bed, nice bedding, choice of pillows, well appointed kitchen, bar/bar stools, fab bathroom - honestly, everything was great. The host sent over some restaurant suggestions too - we tried one and it was amazing! Very helpful throughout too. I could not recommend this place highly enough - we were sad to leave!
Air conditioning is pretty loud and by the window, so it kinda blows upwards rather than into the room - that said, it did cool things down enough.

El piso es tal cual se ve en las fotos, pequeño pero muy bien aprovechado y muy cómodo. Lo mejor es la ubicación, en pleno centro histórico, se llega andando en muy poco tiempo a todas partes. Tiene muchas zonas para comer cerca.
Hacía bastante calor en la habitación (era agosto) y el aire acondicionado era algo ruidoso.

Foarte bine poziționată, frumoasă, interacțiunea cu personalul a fost eficientă.
Salteaua a fost foarte tare și inconfortabila și aerul condiționat era foarte zgomotos.

Idéalement situé pour visiter Vérone
Les coussins à disposition pour aller à l’opéra dans les arènes
L’appartement paraît plus grand sur les photos.
L’isolation thermique et phonique n’était pas bonne.
Il faisait chaud dans l’appartement, la climatisation étant trop bruyante, nous ne pouvions pas dormir en la laissant allumée
Il n’était pas possible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte car trop bruyant, la rue étant très passagère.
Le matelas n’était pas confortable, il y avait un creux au milieu
La salle de bain était très petite et la douche étroite.
La veille nous avons reçu un message
Whatsapp frauduleux nous demandant de confirmer notre séjour, mais qui ne provient pas du propriétaire. Nous l’avons signalé au propriétaire qui a connaissance du pb. Nous l’avons également signalé à booking.
