excellent location for exploring the roman forts and Hadrian's Wall. Clean rooms and comfy beds. well equiped kitchen. Good drawer and wardrobe space in the bedrooms. Good Breakfast served for staying guests except Mondays. Delicious evening meals

So clean, spacious room & en-suite, very comfortable beds & everything we needed was supplied. Beautiful setting only 10mins from Hexham town. Couldn’t fault it.
People wrote in reviews about the train line at the back of the property, which there is but we only heard it when sitting outside not inside the property at all.

Location and standard of accommodation was very good
The WiFi had been turned off and the plug pulled out of the socket. We finally realised the following day when we plugged it back in and re-turned on the modem
