Bed was super comfy and it
Mrs feels the cold easily an we couldn’t work the radiators but extra duvet was provided in the cupboards.
No ironing facilities for your clothes. Not enough toilet roll or tea bags and sugar but the staff sorted it asap

Fantastic location in beautiful Alton and spacious room, nicely decorated. Great base for Alton Towers and/or exploring the local area getting out in nature.
Felt overpriced. For the rate we paid we would expect the room to be immaculate
with plentiful supplies. The floor was quite dirty, light bulbs missing, both showers not fully operable and a blind missing.

Very cosy, welcoming vibes and close to Alton towers resort (reason for staying). The property was also very warm, spacious and very clean
Only thing was there wasn’t any heating in the main bedroom, but we checked in late so I’m sure if we had checked in earlier and discussed with the property this could have been sorted out

Had a meal in the restaurant which was very nice
The room was clean and comfortable but for the cost breakfast should of been included.
