Great location, lovely Old building I know very well having grown up in the area
I like the property very much, I had a nice room with amazing views but a little unfortunate it also looked out on the flat roof from the kitchen etc, I expect there would have been a much higher charge for that room otherwise

Excellent welcome as expected, as this is our second visit in 3 years.
The design of the multi floor layers built on a hillside is inspired as well as attractive and top quality.
Easy access to Leek, the nearest and an historic town, via a scenic downhill run on the A53 next to the Inn.
Good location with great long countryside views, on a crossroad of a north-south main road.
Our very comfortable room 101 was deep inside the complex. so no road noise problems. We were warned their could be music nose due to a wedding, but we were not disturbed.
An interesting menu containing at least one Asian starter and a main dish, which were great!
Can get quite busy at weekends as it is a pretty well organised wedding location, as well as a SPA!
Fortunately our stay was just after the heatwave, so opening our window provided fresh air, but think the room could become very warm in high outside temperatures conditions.

Our room was very comfortable with all necessary items ie tea, coffee etc., Great breakfast with a good selection of foods
