Stunning location with amazing views of Rudyard Lake from our bedroom window. It was lovely and peaceful at night and in the morning. The staff were all friendly and nothing was too much effort.
Would be helpful to have a shelf in the family room bathroom, somewhere to put your toiletries etc.

Nice location near the lake. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the bar in the evening were we mixed with chatty locals who were a good sources of tourist information.

Staff were lovely and helpful
Location was good
The allocated room was gloomy and small but they upgraded me to a better room
That was spacious and comfortable but there was no hot water in the morning so I had a cold shower
Breakfast was disappointing- I chose home made granola with yoghurt and seasonal fruits. The oats and fruit were burned and bitter, the fruit was a sweet compote and not fresh fruit.
