1 night and paid 5 nights

The location was ok

Water stains , visible mold in bathroom , i can see stains in the kitchen wall , separation of baseboard from the walls , dirty sheets, black towels,and you can see in pictures how they just try to paint over the stain , stay away from this property , bad management company , i gold them right away the I couldn’t stay 5 nights on this condition they keep acting like everything was ok , too bad I didn’t read the reviews, and i see how other talk about same thing, they just bad people the dont care about others, look i pay 5 days and stay 1 night only . I have 2 kids and this was on the holidays they don’t want to refund any money and basically they telling me , they will refund me $140 for the cleaning they charge ,, lol if you want keep it and pay a good handy men and treat you walls properly instead just putting compound and a paint dont match , or kills is not right

Good for a couple or two couples in the summer when the lack of hot water is not such an issue.

It was in a great location.

It was advertised as three bedrooms when it only has two. (See photos) We had no hot water in the only bath/shower until the evening before our departure even though I had contacted the owner every day of our stay about it. The pool is shared among many properties.

1893, el año qué se construyo el edificio (ahora reformado) histórico de dos plantas casi en el centro de la ciudad más bonita de EEUU. Dormir en este apartamento es vivir en una casa histórica, antigua pero muy confortable. Como dice el anfitrión vas a alojarte en un lugar especial, no en un hotel con muebles de diseño. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días muy agradables y tiene una piscina comunitaria en la parte trasera fenomenal para darte un baño después de visitar la ciudad. Se puede aparcar sin pagar en la puerta de la casa.

It was in a great location.
