Albergo storico immerso nel verde fuori dal centro di Druogno, proprio davanti ai prati verdi delle montagne circostanti, quindi con una vista davvero molto rilassante.
Molto apprezzata la ristrutturazione che ha coinvolto diverse parti dell’hotel, sicuramente degne di nota la sala Ristorante e alcune delle camere come la nostra junior suite, davvero ben rifinite anche nei dettagli.
Buono anche il ristorante, punto di riferimento della zona sia per la cucina che per la pizza, anche se sarebbe interessante se introducessero delle alternative alla bistecca come secondo piatto e la polenta anche per cena.
Ottimo anche il buffet della colazione, con proposte sia dolci che tagliere tipico del posto come alternativa salata.
Da migliorare invece il servizio: un po’ disattento con piccole dimenticanze in camera (come non far trovare pronto il terzo letto come da prenotazione o ripristinare il bagnoschiuma), oppure in sala dove alcune delle ragazze erano parecchio giovani e altre figure (invece non giovani e con ruolo anche gestionale) avevano decisamente poca voglia di interfacciarsi col cliente senza nemmeno salutarlo.. su questo direi che c’è ampio margine di miglioramento.
Sarebbe carino anche introdurre qualcosa in più per i bambini come qualche gioco in giardino.
Sulla nostra porta della camera mancava anche il numero della stanza.

Personale e servizi ottimi. Ottimo anche per mangiare. Posizione un po defilata ma si raggiunge il centro del paese in pochi minuti.
Stanze pulite e confortevoli.
Da migliorare piccole manutenzioni, per esempio sono staccati alcune numero delle stanze per cui abbiamo trovato la ns per deduzione.

The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. When we asked for a fan because the room was very hot, they provided us with one. The place itself was pleasant, and it seems that some renovations have been made.
he hotel felt a little old despite the renovations. We stayed at the end of July and the room was very hot, especially because there was no air conditioning. There were also many mosquitoes and insects outside, so I could not comfortably leave the balcony door open, especially as I am sensitive to mosquito bites. The fan provided was quite small and was not enough to cool the room. I also found the location inconvenient, as it was not easy to reach many of the places we wanted to visit.
