Straight forward what you would expect from a Hyatt Regency property. Well maintained, friendly staff, and excellent service. The hotel is in a nice part of town. It is right on Paseo De La Castellana, a major street of Madrid. It is a little away from Gran Via and other busy tourist areas but quieter and less hectic.
