had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. What truly stood out was the exceptional friendliness and professionalism of the staff.
A special thank you to the night shift gentleman, who was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. It made a big difference arriving late and being greeted with such a positive attitude.
I would also like to recognize the lady working in the breakfast/buffet area. She was warm, kind, and very customer service oriented—making sure everything was well stocked and that guests felt comfortable and taken care of.
It’s clear that this hotel values great service, and the team truly reflects that. I appreciate the effort and care, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
