Amazing stay! The front desk had a number of great food recommendations and good shopping spots. They also mapped out a good route to see all the sites in a nice way.
They allowed us to check in about 2 hours early when our room became available and helped tote luggage to our floor from the entry way. During our short wait for the room they were still serving breakfast and took us up to the dining area for service, which was much needed as we were hungry from our early morning train ride from Rome.
The property was very clean, beds and linen comfortable. Everything was quite updated and new including the bathroom.
Only real drawback was the WiFi was a bit slow, much to the complaint of a teenage boy. The aircon was working excellently and kept the room nice and cold which is important for me!
Staff always had big smiles on their faces and had great small talk conversations. They assisted in getting a taxi at checkout for transport with luggage.
We would absolutely stay here again. Excellent location and a good central walking distance to anything you would need.
