Disappointed that a property located on the water didn't have it's own beach.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Within walking distance to everything. Private beach on the property. Came with family for the July 4 weekend. You could see the fireworks right for the private beach or a balcony if you had a room with one. We did not have a balcony and the rooms were just as nice.

The room was very nice and clean. Great view of the Sand Dunes from the balcony. Many things to do in the area. The Chicken Shack was walkable and the food was amazing!!
