The Holiday Inn Express in Novi was a very decent place. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast hours were very short but the option were good. I liked that coffee was available 24/7. The workout room was nice but too warm and didn't have much for strength training. The staff was friendly. I liked the option to not have house keeping clean your room. I didn't need it and prefer the privacy.
Added note: this is a review of the Holiday Inn - not Expedia whom I booked through. They were a nightmare! Holiday Inn = good. Expedia = bad

The rooms are very clean. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good with freshly ground coffee and you have to try the cinnamon rolls. Parking was plentiful.
