We enjoyed our stay here very much. The penthouse was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We were centrally located and literally minutes to all the attractions but just far enough away to avoid the noise. No need for a water transit pass.
We would have given five stars, but the number of steps to ascend to our room was just a little more than we wanted.
The owner/staff were wonderful, and we would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Really enjoyed our stay, nice little touches (bottle of wine) and bathroom amenities. Place was immaculate, coffee, water, cereal and pastries provided. The rooftop and sitting lounge very comfortable. Owner is delightful. The fifty-fives up the stairs is worth it.

Great place for our short stay on Venice. Location was very central which makes it convenient to get around. Rooftop is amazing with the views of the Grand Canal and the whole Venice!
