The staff is so personable. Jamie, the night manager, knows us by name and welcomes us as soon as she saw us. The hotel is always clean with a great staff.

I Love the Hyatt it was amazing. It was our first time staying at the Hyattt.It was wondering! Just amazing. We were visiting our 88 year old aunt. Embassy Suites, Westgate, nor the Sheraton have nothing on the Hyatt. The staff was excellent very good customer service skills! Especially the young man who kept the food for breakfast replenish the, tables clean, the food area was kept clean. I don't remember his name but he was very pleasant great personality! He worked there for 4 or five years he told me. Our stay was 6 days & 5 nights. From may 25th - May 30th, 2026. We will start checking the Hyatt for vacation now. We pray our next with Hyatt is ask good as the Hyatt House / Lewes Rehoboth Beach was.

Wonderful stay as always. Thoughtful, kind, and helpful staff and the pet goody bag at check-in was a sweet touch! We’ll be back.
