Nice b&b in a peaceful beach town

Excellent b&b. Very friendly staff. Extremely accommodating, even had beach stuff and bikes if you need them.

The best!

Close to beach, historical sites, hiking and shopping. I came in via Paratransit (I’m disabled) and they understood that I was a little bit early. Love the on site massage. Breakfast is great!

Lovely Inn in lovely Lewes, DE

The staff was helpful and pleasant. The entire Inn is lovely and like a home away from home. The breakfast and happy hour food and drink were excellent. The other guests were also friendly.

I had some trouble going up the stairs (steep) to the third floor and consequently planned my in and out trips carefully.

A very pleasant and comfortable stay.

This property is kept to a high standard. It was immaculate. Our room was large and very comfortable with its own A/C control. The bed was comfortable with quality linens. Bathroom was a good size with plenty of towels. Full breakfast and afternoon snacks with plenty of waters/wine/tea and coffee available. Beach chairs, bikes, beach towels available at the property. A short 5 min walk to restaurants and shops.

Restful, refreshing and renewing!

Yummy breakfasts thoughtfully prepared. Very clean and room attenance a welcome extra. I didn’t expect that. Room was lovely and bed so comfortable. Can’t wait to return.

We love the facility and the location in Lewes, and will look forward to another stay at some point in time

The beach house suite was wonderful, and we will likely try to book it again next year. Also, we enjoyed the breakfast and the great service.

The only thing that we would ask that could be altered, would be the use of fragrances on our bed clothes, and in the room. Apparently the maid service spray some thing that agitates both of our allergies.

American Road trip

This is a lovely place to stay in a lovely town. Walking distance to shops and restaurants as well as the beach. Comfortable bedrooms and communal areas to enable interaction with host and other guests. Complimentary afternoon snacks and drinks were an added bonus.

We had one noisy night due to bathroom fan of another guest being on all night. The value for us was impacted by the £/$ exchange rate making everything more expensive than on previous trips to the USA

We will not hesitate to book Savannah Inn again!

Marie, the chef, was awesome. She served a delicious breakfast every morning and then did happy hour each afternoon. They had beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas for us to use while we were there which was fantastic.

There was nothing we did not like.

Everything Was Top Notch... Owners Jim & Janna Extremely Friendly And Accomodating.

Beautiful BNB...Clean...Tastefully Decorated...Great Location. Innkeepers, Kim & Marie, Made Sure You Had Everything You Needed. Even Having Wine & Snacks For Afternoon Happy Hours.

Will Definitely Make Reservations For A Longer Stay Next Time!

A friendly and relaxing stay in Lewes, with amazing hospitality.

The selections at breakfast and for Happy Hour were fantastic! The staff were very friendly and helpful and made the stay even more enjoyable. The public areas were very cozy and comfortable for reading, socializing, etc.

Lovely place to stay...

Everything. Truly. It's a beautiful place with a lovely atmosphere and the food for both breakfast and for the wine and snack happy hour was all delicious. Our hostess, Mary, was the LOVELIEST!! What a fantastic person. She added such a great touch to our experience!!

The most affordable room, although beautiful, clean, and comfortable, was VERY small with no space to really put anything, even in the bathroom. We looked at the other rooms and they all looked absolutely amazing, though!!

Low-key, comforting home-away-from-home experience

The host, Mary, was super nice, and personable. She made one of the best French Toast dishes I've ever had. She really made the place feel like home. Also, we got a spectacular massage from Kelly (I believe that was the name of the masseuse). My wife was also a big fan of the rocking chairs, and the general atmosphere of the place. The Inn, itself, was also in a great location. The town of Lewes was very quaint, and quiet. Great place to visit if you're just looking for a low-stress, easy-going vacation. Also, the Inn was within a fairly brief walking distance from the Lewes beach. I would highly recommend this place, and the town itself, to others.

The only real criticism that I have is that our bathroom didn't seem to have an exhaust fan. Also, I think laundry machine was making some weird noises at night. However, those are very minor issues, and did not lessen the wonderful experience we had at the Inn.

Charming small hotel

Marian, the innkeeper was very nice and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful with lots of charming rooms to relax in. Great breakfasts each morning. Bikes are available at no charge. We took them to beautiful Cape Henlopen state park. Wine and snacks in the afternoon were also complimentary.

Perfect!

Everything from the exceptional staff to the breakfast and happy hour offerings to the beautiful furnishings made our 2 day stay PERFECT. Within walking distance to shopping and dining!

Superb

Super clean! Quiet, except for a little traffic noise only heard on the patio. Excellent breakfast, and over the top food and wine during the afternoon happy hour. Common areas large, quiet and very comfortable.

Room too small for a dresser, so we had to live out of the suitcase.
