Es moderno y estaba limpio
Faltan cosas de la cocina y del baño para que sea funcional y cómodo ( algún estropajo de cocina y servilletas o algo para secarse las manos, el jabón de manos era un agua turbia que no hacía nada de espuma). solo dejaron un café instantáneo y té de hinojo. El aire acondicionado no enfría nada solo ventila

El alojamiento es muy grande y cómodo con 2 baños completos, cocina equipada y un patio hacia la calle. El depatamento está en planta baja y da hacia la calle, una calle tranquila con poco tráfico.
El alojamiento es bastante encerrado y tiene algo de olor a encierro.
El dormitorio tiene una puerta ventana que da a un patio compartido por lo que hay que mantenerla cerrada.

We really enjoyed our stay at Residence de Franchis. The check in was very easy (with an accescode), the apartment was very spacious & we also had a nice terrace. It even had a washing machine, so we could wash our clothes. Anytime I had questions, I contacted the owner of the apartment on WhatsApp and I always got a very fast response. This made me feel safe, because I knew if there was something wrong, they were always available to help me. WiFi was also good & the AC worked very well. The apartment is very close to the train station & it's only a 15 min walk to the city center. We loved it!
Nothing, we absolutely loved the apartment! The only thing I can think of is that a sofa would have been nice, but since there was a nice table with chairs, we didn't really miss it that much.

Sicuramente la posizione è comoda, a pochissimi km dalle mura di Lecce e il parcheggio in strada è stato sempre disponibile nei pressi della struttura. Le dimensioni dell'appartamento erano ampie.
Accoglienza pessima. Avevamo il check-in alle 15 e la stanza è stata approntata dopo le 18:00 con un livello di pulizia discutibile (c'era un flacone vuoto sotto il lavandino del bagno, lasciato dal precedente ospite a terra, abbiamo dovuto lavare i sanitari perchè erano sporchi). Abbiamo avuto un problema tecnico con un asciugamano e abbiamo chiesto di averne uno pulito, ci hanno detto di no perchè non era previsto. Tende sporche, muri sporchi, ragnatele negli angoli... davvero deludente, ma più di tutto è stato deludente come ci hanno trattato durante il loro problema al check-in, con superficialità e arroganza.
