Great location and apartment is in great condition. Customer service could be faster/more proactive but they were not unresponsive either. I would stay here again

Unfortunately the TV box was not working, so some programs were not available.
Some of the amenities (toothbrush holder, dish rack, and a few cutlery) were not properly cleaned.
Aside from the issues mentioned above, it’s a newly renovated, clean, spacious apartment located in a quiet area. The beds were comfortable and the shower water pressure was good too. I also liked the keyless system and the security measures seemed to be solid.
This accommodation is a little far from the city center, but it’s within walking distance. When we were tired, we used public transportation or Uber which were very convenient.

Fantastic place, very pleasantly surprised when I entered the first time - modern, clean, good size, good shower and hot water, nice patio off living room into garden area below, on and on. Plus the staff were very helpful and responsive to questions, including allowing me to store my luggage before and after check-in.
