Very clean and comfortable.
First room was noisy with generator outside window but we got to change.

The Flores GuestHouse is perfectly located in Principe Real next to the charming Praça das Flores.
Even if close to that very social square, it was quiet at the Guesthouse, only the incoming other guests were disturbing the quietness.
The room isn't very big (complicated to open 2 big suitcases) but it was comfy.
The rooms and doors could have a better noise isolation.

The staff was really friendly and helpful
The rooms were not clean. Mold in the bathrooms and in the corner of the room. Dead bug on the curtain and stains on the cushion (not the white linnen coushion fortunately). The place needs a good clean and maintenance.
I would advise to have breakfast in the area, which is very nice.
