The location and facilities were amazing. Great for an unsociable hours flight as its only a 10 minute walk from the airport. Lovely facilities but I never got time to take advantage of them. Lots of nice seating areas for relaxing. Great kitchen.

It’s really cosy and homely and safe, you can’t believe it is so close to the airport. Really clean, comfy beds, efficient service for checking in. Loved it, it’s like an oasis after your travels. Lovely big kitchens, bathrooms and facilities. Could not recommend this place enough

I didn't have breakfast, the location was superb, I just walked to the airport
There was a mixed up with the bed, the receptionist did not know how to open the locker. Actually i was given a wrong locker , wrong bed. In the middle of the night, a man walked in and claim the bed i was sleeping. he said that , it has been booked for him. I had to wake up and started looking for member of staff , i was tired, as a had a long day and i was suppose to wake up early to go back to the airport to catch an early flight..
Then the girl who's is a volunteer there, had to start to locate the bed for the man. At that time i lost my sleep. i could not go to bed straight away.
The worst part, I have never climbed a bunk bed before, i almost fall trying to climb to go upstairs on the bed, nothing to hold on, it was a nightmare. The whole stay was a disaster. My advice to others, at least carry some tea bags, if you are a tea person, and something to eat. No changing room, the room shared is mixed both male and female.
