The perfect resting spot for a weekend attending the annual “Bashar” convention. The house was comfortable and peaceful.
Unfortunately, despite keeping my awareness open to the infinite possibilities, no spaceships landed in the parking lot of the property during my stay. 👽🛸
Perhaps the Galactic Federation had other plans this time… or maybe I simply wasn’t on the right frequency. 😉
Perhaps will stay again….
The only thing I would add is an electric kettle. There is a regular stovetop kettle, which feels like such an outdated Earth technology 😂 — but an electric kettle would definitely be appreciated by anyone who enjoys tea or needs hot water quickly for making some sacred cacao. ☕️✨

LOVED that it's exactly like a small house just need groceries, had a washer and dryer the hot tub was amazing, bed and blankets were comfy and the backyard has an amazing view of the mountains, the AZ room door did not lock though but it was safe and never a concern.

Very nice, comfortable and cute place. Everything worked well, hot tub, fridge, stove, shower, washer, dryer, air conditioner, microwave, & kheurig coffee maker, The beds were fine, lots of linens, blankets and towels. There was a nice sun room, lots of useful dishes in the kitchen, a big kitchen table, and lots of vloaet space and dressers. It was on a good location and very quiet.

Good location, and nice to have access to a backyard and a kitchen. More affordable than many other options in Sedona. Absolutely loved the little terrace overlooking the yard.
Kitchen sink faucet needs to be fixed. Didn't like the barn door bathroom for privacy purposes. Lights are very dark. We had a large cockroach roommate. The trashcan in the kitchen does not hold trash bag very well.
Host did not set expectations in advance, and the use of space was not fully communicated until the day of -- based on pictures, we thought we had access to more of the property (including the common room with the fireplace); the other party renting the other side of the property walked in and expressed disappointment upon meeting us, so we got kicked out of that space, even though they were never planning to use that space. They hogged the laundry room as well. Host needs to make things more clear BEFORE the booking is made and have more rules for both parties written and available in each room.
