The first night I was given a room that was just a bit bigger than the size of the bed, the tv was at one inch over the door near the ceiling no wardrobe or drawer they had to fix the safe it was not functioning and odor was coming out of toilet . I was so disappointed tears were in my eyes it was not as in the picture of the booking .com. The lady at the reception was kind to offer to change my next 2 last night in Italy to a normal room where apparently I was given a sales rep room people that just past by for one night. I was offered a prosecco to compensated. Staff was very nice and helpful they made me forget the first night .
