The location was great for visiting what we wanted to see in Bilbao. It was a lively location and set in the centre of the old town. If you have a lot of luggage it might not be the best place to stay as taxis cannot get to the door of the building. It was very spacious and clean. There are plenty of places to eat within feet of the building whether it is breakfast or dinner.
Getting in was not completely self evident but after you get into the flat it is fine.

It was very clean and spacious. The bathrooms were a highlight. The location was perfect.
A few more hooks in the bathrooms. We knew about the scaffolding in advance which detracted from the view a little bit but luckily there were no workmen so it wasn't a problem.

Die Unterkunft ist gross und schön reserviert. Der kleine Innenhof ist hübsch (kann aber nicht betreten werden).
Die Badezimmer sind ausserordentlich schön und modern.
Durch die gute Lage in der Altstadt sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar.
Die Balkone sind alt und von schlechter Qualität. Daher dürfen sie nicht betreten werden.
Die Möbel sind Idea Style, d.h. nicht sehr wertig.
Das Sofa hat grosse Flecken und müsste mal gewaschen oder ersetzt werden.
Der Preis ist hoch.
Ende Mai war es extrem heiss in Bilbao (40+ Grad). Dadurch wurde es sehr warm in der Wohnung. Die Unterkunft hat keine Klimaanlage und die Ventilatoren sind dafür zu schwach. Mit den offenen Fenstern wurde es daher sehr laut durch die vielen Restaurant Besucher, welche direkt unter der Unterkunft draussen bis spät in die Nacht Lärm verursachen.
Es dauert sehr lange, bis das warme Wasser kommt.

Ruim en schoon appartement. Leuke locatie in het oude centrum. Fijne communicatie met de behulpzame host. Heerlijk verblijf gehad als gezin met twee tieners.
