Walkable with a bit of a hill climb to get back, but otherwise great location. Gorgeous view of the lake, city center, and gondola.

Breakfast was fabulous& the staff were so friendly & accommodating! Room was clean & very comfy bed. Nice view of Queenstown & river from our balcony. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you

We had such a great stay at Queenstown House.
The room is very comfortable with an amazing view over Queenstown and the lake. All of the fixtures are in great condition. The property is clean, well maintained, well decorated, and modern.
The owners, Sam and Paul, live on site and seem to be very passionate about what they do and delivering great service. They are supported by a great team. Breakfast in the cafe is to a high standard, and the housekeeping service is very good.
10/10 we look forward to staying here again.
