The inside is great. The rooms are remodeled, clean, nice finishes and very spacious. We had enough room to set up a queen sized air mattress with the two queen beds in the room. The shower was PHENOMENAL. Very nice rain shower in a newly remodeled bathroom. Mid-sized fridge with an actual freezer and super cute retro microwave. They thought of everything, even a night light in the bathroom. It appears to be a multigenerational family business and everyone was super friendly and welcoming.
Since it is a motel, there isn't an elevator, but the trip to the second floor wasn't awful. The stairs need some work, had to watch to keep.my footing with luggage. . Parking is a little tight. When we came back on Saturday night, there was only one spot left in the whole lot.
