Bed was great and location was excellent for downtown and Sunday’s farmers market.

Location is great, but room for parking is a little tight here if you want to park closer to your room. I'm sure the parking lot in the back of the building was also available for parking but I did not ask.
Upon arrival, my card was charged way above the expected cost per night, without checking with me first about the price that I had booked online. I thought it was the charge of the nights that included the deposit, so I paid. With charging my card more than expected, they tried to charge my card again even after it had taken the money out. One of the lady's, I'm guessing was the manager, came in and the two were talking, and came to conclusion that my card would be refunded, and charged the correct amount. I had 3 charges on my card that day which was an inconvenience. The room was fair, and the bed was comfortable. The towels looked dirty, and the toiletries (such as toilet paper) ran low during the time the office was closed, so that wasn't pleasant.

Location
The wall air conditioning unit. The buttons were worn out, it was loud, probably helped to keep out outside noise. There was an extra $12 charge at check-in which the manager could not explain what it was for.

It is in a great location super walkable!
The parking is very tight and limited. The rooms themselves are small and damp but you defiantly get what you pay for when it’s 60$ a night
