PLEASE DONT GO HERE. IT WILL WRECK YOUR MOOD.

The location. The price actually went up from the fee I paid. they have an additional $20 convenience fee.

Regarding the service, When we arrived the front desk person acted as if we were bothering her. and was not helpful with accommodating . We asked for an early check in and she said it would be 50$ even though the cleaning crew had not even started cleaning the rooms so their would not actually be a room available had we accepted the 50$ fee. The in window residential heating and cooling unit was void of any control it was either on or off. The shower still had used bar soap on the floor. The carpet looked to only be stained in color so yes it matched but it was gross.

Walking distance to downtown sights.

Found trash can full of drywall and pieces of drywall on bathroom floor. Bed spread had little bit of blood on it. Front desk clerk said he would handle both. Never did take care of over three days.

Best location for catching an early morning train

We had a 4 AM Amtrak departure, so this was an extremely convient location. The room price was a little expensive for the room, but it was clean and the train station was only a few blocks away.

Location right down town

Coffee pot was Filthy. Extension cord on the floor not safe no virus gonna shower not. Safe? Safe. No dresser in the room that's what it was just a room

Not worth it.

The only positive to this place is it's downtown location, but it's still not worth this one pro.

Ultra thin walls, you can hear everything several rooms away. The WiFi barely worked, and disconnected all the time. The parking is too tight and awkward for modern bigger vehicles. Really close to the train tracks and trains run through all night long. You get what you pay for here, and being the cheapest place in Flagstaff... I'd recommend paying a little more and staying somewhere else!

Great location, but bad parking situation and cramped rooms

The price was very affordable, especially for a room so close to all of the downtown Flagstaff action! The staff was kind and helpful. It was helpful to have a fridge and microwave in the room.

The parking lot was cramped and dangerous, with too few parking spaces for all of the rooms. It was difficult to navigate the parking lot without hitting other cars, especially when there are pickup trucks in the lot. Even pulling into the lot, you had to be careful to weave tightly between cars in order to get in. The parking lot was also so cramped that it was hard to access the hallway corridors to get into the rooms (also, wheelchair accessibility is lacking!). As for the rooms -- the room was fairly clean, but cramped. The bathroom would be difficult for some people who use mobility aids.

Location to train station. We were able to walk to and from.

Check-in was terrible on our second stay. (we came and left from the train station). The person behind the desk was not understandable and did not understand our reservation was made through Book.com. One of our rooms was canceled and he tried to charge for it. And then he wanted to tack on fees that were included in our reservation. A very bad experience after a long day of travel.

Worst room I ever stayed in.

No breakfast Close to RR stationstain on sheets.

No heat or plug in in bathroom. Large stain in sheets. Blood splatter in wall.

A bit disappointed

Great location, great value, clean, and has friendly staff.

Didn't have any hot water. I know it's cold out, but I let the water run for a few minutes hoping to get some hot water and it never happened.

Horrible awful disgusting

Never ever will I go back here horrible place dirty no water pressure the toilet ran all night stained sheets stuff left in the fridge and the fridge was off so it was rotting and smelly the heater didn't work

No heat stain sheets no water pressure at all no parking and stiff left over in the fridge that was turned off

The staff here are always very nice. The location is excellent

I reserved a room with 2queen beds but was assigned a room with 2 doubles. My fault for not asking for a room with 2queen beds.

The staff was kinda rude. The room was dirty when I checked in. And it smelled like mothballs.

Very good

The location was excellent. The staff were very helpful and arranged taxi to the airport. It is old style but had everything you needed. Lots of hot water, great heater and big TV in the room. The staff were helpful at the desk. I'd recommend it for location and reasonably priced.

Overpriced.

The location is good.

The motel is smelly. The TV didn't work. The refrigerator was so loud it woke us up. The staff reset the key cards every morning so we would have to go to the office to get our cards programmed. No hot water.....

nice to stay in a nostalgic motel

nostalgia old motel on rte 66 downtown flagstaff

with an old motel there are things you have to deal with. there was no electrical outlet near the bed. Wi-Fi was weak. the bathroom was small so it would’ve been better to have it open out instead of in.
