Room was very clean, front staff were very friendly
Pool was closed, jacuzzi was closed and leisure area was closed, in the middle of summer?
Paying $40.00 a night for one dog, when the room was $80.00 was ridiculous.

I've never stayed in a high end hotel before but I would imagine it would be just like this! Everything was perfect. The room was big, clean, quiet & comfortable. The staff were great. I will stay here every time I am in Flagstaff.

I could overhear an argument in the next room and noise in the hall.

I liked the room with a balcony over the pool area.
There was no elevator. The pool was closed in late-June. I was shocked there wasn’t breakfast.
