Great apartment - for probably 9 months of the year - v cold in winter

the location was good, apartment very spacious, clean and lovely and light. Very comfy bed
the heating wasn't very good, the apartment achieved a just okay temperature. No dishcloth, kitchen cupboards messy, broken mug (cracked crockery should be removed). Couldn't use the stairs a neighbour had the stairwell blocked. this is illegal and a fire hazard.
