The location of the studio is brilliant. Straight across the road from Hardware Lane where there are multiple choices of eateries. It is an easy walk down to the Bourke Street Mall to catch a free tram and to enjoy all the shops. It is also an easy walk to Flinders Street, to cross the river to Southbank and the NGV. Being so central, everything is walkable or accessible by tram.
The studio is noisy, maybe from a central air conditioning unit (not in the studio itself) and this is more obvious throughout the night. The street noise was surprisingly minimal.

Certains endroits le ménage n'était pas fait correctement: poussière sous les meubles qui semblait etre ancienne.
Un store pourrait être amenager pour pouvoir faire des graces matinées;)

We're in Melbourne for a business trip and stay in this property for 2 weeks. The place was clean, bed is comfortable and has washing machine and full set of cooking utensils. There are many nice restaurants near the property along Hardware Lane.

Good location, free tram. Able to early check in. Easy to get the key.
The room is smelly, and we only have a set of key for two people, everyday we are stressing to arrange the key, very inconvenient.
