It was amazingly central to everything. The beds were the most comfortable I've experienced in a holiday apartment. The outside courtyard is a fantastic addition to the room and the air-conditioning was great for the downstairs but doesn't reach the top, which h got very hot. There were fans in both room. Didn't need to put it on in the downstairs room as the aircon was felt throughout the while bottom level but was definitely required for the upsatirs
We were a family of 4 and the couch, even though it was very comfortable, wasn't big enough. If you are more than 3 adult sized people and you know you will want to use the room to relax, you'll have to lay in bed or sit on a chair. Not ideal if you all want to chill on the couch and watch a bit of tv. The shower is in the bathtub which is fine but it is quite slippery when you try to climb out. The bathtub non stick section is on the side where the glass is, so just a heads up to be very careful when climbing out. It can also be a little noisy from the street and trams but it wasn't that bad. We did have a day where roadworks were going on and it was very noisy but that can't be helped.

Beautifully appointed apartment in a super convenient location
Old cooking pans( scratched and worn old non stick pins which aren’t safe to cook with ) otherwise everything was excellent

Amazing location and very nice space.
There were dirty dishes near the sink and pink feathers and a sticky floor near the window.

The property itself was very classy, its loft style provides a exceptional experience. The location was awesome extremely convenient for dinning and transport. The car park feels secure and spacious .
A lot of items in the property were dirty and broken. The bathroom towel rack fell from the wall, the outdoor sofa had a huge rip on the cushion and the bbq was dirty and rusty. The clothes drying rack was literally falling apart and I have photos to prove it. The smoke detector on the second floor was hanging from the roof. There were random items in the wardrobe which made it feel more like a storage room. The kitchen cabinets and range-hood were sticky and oily. The worst thing was the synthetic plants in the apartment have inches of grey dust gathered on it. It is proof that it’s never been clean. My son had a bad dust allergy reaction while staying in the apartment and lucky we were out most of the time. He was able to breathe better as soon as he left the apartment.
