This property was beautiful, it had all the amenities we were looking for and more. It accommodated for multiple family that were traveling together, it was very spacious, modern and cozy. Also, it was about 15 minutes drive to downtown. The host had a basket full of biscoffs and popcorn bags for guests. I liked that gesture very much!
There is no AC and when we arrived at the facility, it was extremely hot, which made it very uncomfortable to get a good sleep. I was told by the owner to open up the windows and it did help with cooling down a bit, particularly the 2 night since we had left all the windows open during the day. I wish the windows would have been open the whole day prior to our arrival. That would have made a huge difference. Also, the kitchen had a couple of items that were not working, such as a coffee grinder and an espresso machine, but other than that it was a fully functional kitchen.

Good location, spacious, nice covered porch. Street parking.
The place wasn’t as clean as others described it in the reviews. The kitchen cabinets, pretty filthy, personal food items left in the fridge like eggs. In one of the bathrooms, there was a personal body sponge, kinda gross! Linens are clean, but not bright white, need to upgrade for sure.
It looks like people wanna rake the money out of rental, but not put back into the house!

Grande maison pouvant accueillir 8 adultes. La 5eme chambre a un lit pour 2 jeunes enfants mais pas 2 adultes. Les lits sont confortables. À l'extérieur, un grand patio où on retrouve une table, 6 chaises et 1 BarBQ où il était très agréable d'y relaxer après nos journées de visite. La maison est située dans un quartier tranquille et le stationnement se trouve dans la rue. Nous n'avons jamais eu de problème à se stationner devant la maison. Cette maison est bien située pour visiter Vancouver et sa région sans pour autant, être dans le centre-ville. Le café est fourni et il y avait aussi des assaisonnements, du papier d'aluminium, du papier pellicule et du papier parchemin. La cuisine a un équipement de base pour cuisiner, une cuisinière au gaz, un frigo avec fontaine d'eau et glaçon, très apprécié...arrivée autonome avec digicode...
Le ménage pourrait être amélioré...la table sur la patio n'avait pas été nettoyée. L'extérieur des armoires et la hotte étaient sales....heureusement, les chambres et les salles de bain étaient propres...autre petit bémol, il n'y avait que 5 coupes à vin...comme l'hôte semble semble très réactif aux commentaires, espérons que ces petits commentaires aideront à apporter des changements qui amélioreront la satisfaction des prochains visiteurs
