The landlord is such a warmhearted and nice lady. Booked this place for my parents, none of them speaks English. Gracy introduced them everything using Google Translate. My mom called me to give Gracy compliments and asked me to give Gracy the highest review.
The location is perfect too. Walking distance to food, grocery store, and the best hiking trail in Richmond.

The owners were very kind and helpful and everything was so well-arranged for arriving, and also letting us leave our bags and cases while we explored Terra Nova and walked into Richmond. The house was very quiet, even though so conveniently located for the airport. The bathroom was great with shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. My only concern was that I was worried about slipping when I got out the shower because there was no bathmat. But there were lots of towels provided so I used one of them.
